As a P.R.O.S. client you are appointed your own Service Executive who liaises directly with your management and oversees your entire security operations. They take a personal interest in your account to ensure your home or business security needs are always catered for. You can request daily, weekly or monthly meeting with your Service Executive to discuss your security related matters, guard performance or activity reports.
We have a minimum of two mobile area managers working 24 hours a day, who conduct random ongoing visits to ensure the optimum safety and efficiency of your appointed security personnel.

P.R.O.S. has a rigid set of ethics and is also a member of the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) and regulates to ASIAL’s highest Code of Practice.
